International Production Network
Microtone operates a production network across Europe, combining studios, orchestras, musicians and creative specialists into flexible production structures. With established structures in Hamburg and Budapest, we adapt each production setup to the needs of the project – from focused recordings to extensive live entertainment productions.
Our network is not a loose collection of contacts, but a curated and continuously developed production infrastructure. It lets us put the right team and the right setup on each project, with the efficiency, quality and integration that demanding productions require.

Claudius Dietzel
Co-Founder & Managing Director
Leads musical supervision, production structures and live integration. His role connects creative vision with the operational realities of complex show, stage and media productions.
Matthias Deneke
Co-Founder & Managing Director
Responsible for composition, orchestration and arrangement across Microtone’s productions – shaping the musical foundation from original score to final creative realization.
László Szakál
Budapest Production Lead
Coordinates the production infrastructure behind the Microtone Studio Orchestra – bringing together studios, musicians and specialists for our productions.
Zoltán Kovács
Composer, Arranger & Orchestrator
Contributes composition, arrangement and orchestration to selected Microtone productions – with a focus on orchestral and hybrid productions.

Post Production & Sound Design
Defines the final sonic identity of every Microtone production – delivering the depth, power and precision that meets the exact technical specifications of each client and context.
